Our body has the ability to heal itself and uses the food we eat as fuel for major bodily functions.  If it is true that we are what we eat, it would then follow that eating super foods will make us super!  These high nutrient-based foods aid in bone health, brain and memory function, skin clarity, and a lot more!  Some include:
